Moderate compression socks at 15-20 mmHg are recommended for daily use to keep your legs healthy and actively circulated. 15-20mmHg compression socks are often a “must have” for long-haul drivers, travellers and people who work on their feet all day, such as hospitality staff, retail workers, and healthcare professionals. Compression socks work to prevent the feeling of fatigue, heaviness and aching caused by poor blood circulation by applying compression at the ankle and gradually decreasing pressure up the leg. Compression therapy provided through socks is great at preventing blood clots and keeping the leg muscles healthy and strong.

*If you require a higher compression level, please come into the store as one of our certified fitters will need to take your specific measurements and special order in your stockings. For a higher compression level than 15-20mmHg, we do require that you bring a prescription into the store from your doctor.
