- $7.00 + gst for purchases under $50.
- No charge for PARA/SUPP Health clients.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to get to me?
For items that we have in stock, we will ship it out the day of the order or the next day business day at the latest.
For items that are back ordered, or special orders, it’s a bit uncertain. Some items we can order to our store and they are here within a few days, other items take weeks. We do our best to keep you informed of the timeline.
At this time, we are only able to ship to Canadian addresses.
- Orders within Regina arrive the same day they ship.
- Orders within Saskatchewan arrive in 2-5 business days.
- Orders within Canada arrive in 7-10 business days.

Do I need a prescription to get compression stockings?
For stockings of 15-20 mmHg, you do not need a prescription and we have plenty of options in store. All we need is a shoe size.
For anything more than a 15-20 mmHg compression, we are legally required to get a doctor’s prescription. These stockings are considered a special order item and we do not have these in stock. For these compression stockings, you need to be fitted. We always have certified fitters in store to measure you for your stockings. We recommend that you come first thing in the morning to be fitted as that is when your feet are at their smallest in the day.
Do I need an appointment to get fitted for compression stocking or an off the shelf brace?
No, you can come in anytime! For compression stockings, we do recommend that you come first thing in the morning, when your feet are at their smallest in the day.
Did you know that many healthcare plans cover the cost of compression stockings? Get a prescription from your doctor and come get fitted for your new stockings!
