FAQ: Do I need an appointment to get fitted for compression stockings?

No, you can come in anytime! We do recommend that you come first thing in the morning, when your feet are at their smallest in the day.

FAQ: Do I need a prescription to get compression stockings?

For stockings of 15-20 mmHg, you do not need a prescription and we have plenty of options in store.

For anything more than a 15-20 mmHg compression, we are required to get a doctor’s prescription. These stockings are considered a special order item and we do not have these in stock.

Did you know that many healthcare plans cover the cost of compression stockings? Get a prescription from your doctor and come get fitted for your new stockings!

Wear and Care for Your Compression Stockings

Measuring for size:

If your prescription says 20-30 mmHg or higher, you will need to be measured for compression stockings. We can measure you in store, or you can measure yourself with this video:

If you do not have a prescription, or if your prescription says 15-20mmHg, we can fit you for “over the counter” stockings by using your shoes size and/or your ankle circumference. Please see the charts below for women’s and men’s sizing.
